paint removal on a carbon fiber hood????

i want to remove the paint on my carbon fiber hood and i wanted to see if anyone new if it was possible without damaging the carbon fiber also if u know how send me a guildline plz thanks yall

Possibly with the fiberglass safe stripper,but no gauretees there. Could also try carefully and slowly wet sanding back down to the manufactures surface.

Possible with the fiberglass safe stripper. The problem you run into is that usually the clear that the manufacturer puts on those hoods is so cheap that even the fiberglass safe stripper tends to eat it up.

I would say your best bet would be some 320 on a d/a and just be careful how deep you go.
