Car: 2008 Hyundai Accent GS

Tampa, FL
Unfated is an unknown quantity at this point: 10
I just added you on MySpace. It looks like you do great work.
My car is only 5 months old, but it has never had that high gloss
shine that new cars have. Of course it is just a Hyundai Accent.
What would be the cost of a once over to get it shiny? And how
long does a detail usually take?

Thats where most people go wrong, just because the car is new does not mean it doesn't need to be polished and protected! Most of the time the dealerships ruin your paint before you even receive it brand new! Since your car is fairly new I would recommend my "basic" polish, which is a wash, clay, 1 step and high quality wax and should give your car that "high gloss" like you are looking for! PM me if you would like to set a date for your car to be detailed! Thanks!

I have a small shop in St Pete where I have been fortunate enough to work mainly work on exotics, from individuals to dealers throughout the state of Florida. Ive gone through the trials and tribulations of low ballers and tire kickers who constantly insult what we do and think that the quality of a true detail is the same across the board. Truly reconditioning paint, single stage and base/clear, is an art form that very few have come to grasp. Have been taking a look at alot of your work and just wanted to say that is good to see someone working hard at doing a car correctly as opposed to just getting it done in a short amount of time, collecting the cash and moving on to the next "sucker". Alot of the hackers out there, and you know who you are if you read this, can be a blessing and a curse. You will steal the job initially but after the customer sees the horrible job you did, guys like us will be there to fix your ignorance. Keep up the good work man, and Im sure you will go far in this business, dont ever cut yourself short, stick to your prices(whatever they may be) and you will weed through the people that are a waste of time. Take care

Thanks! You nailed it right on the head! I have been detailing for a while, but unfortunately not any where near at the level I am at now. The only reason for this is because I worked for dealerships or shops.."cough cough" Magicar. While working at these places they simply will not LET you do high quality work, its always about time and money. I would actually get depressed almost seeing the cars leave as crappy looking as they came in if not worse! So I finally had had enough and got a couple friends to invest a very small amount of money for my polishes, etc. From then on its been a GREAT experience, its very cool to have to go through multiple messages a day asking for their cars to be detailed and then all the compliments from these forums are what makes it worth it! I enjoy every bit of the industry, since there are only a few of us out there, work seems to always be flowing once people see your work. It always a plus that the last 3 cars I have detailed have equaled over 1800whp!!!
