Paint code for Volk Mag blue

I was needing to know if anyone has a paint code to match the Volk Magnesuim blue color. I have done countless serches but no one seems to want to help. Please let me know. THanks!

This is the wheel color...

good luck with that one. wheel manufacturers like volk don't like to give that info out.

Yea, I know that Makin does not give these codes out, but I am sure that someone has matched their Volk mag blues to a paint code. I just wanted to know if anyone here has done it. I mean, Makin did not invent this color they just branded it with their own name "magnesium blue".

Hey man. You can have a paint store "eye" match it. When I worked for a large PPG store we had people bring stuff to match all the time. I sucked at it, but this older guy was graet at one time color matches.

Like I said via PM, that is the HEX code.

Better look at the actual color.. it has a flake in it.

I've also seen them in person, they are a dark blue like the code I gave you. They might be using multiple colors depending upon the wheel etc.

Yea, I wont be able to do anything with the Hex code. I will have to keep doing research as my paint shop needs vehicle make and year for the color. I appreciate your help anyway.

I'm telling you, your "paint shops" are idiots. If you told them the make of the wheel and the year it came out would that help them at all? NO.

you need to bring them a swatch of color. Hence the Hex color I've given you. Print it out on a high quality printer and bring it to them, or find a new paint shop.
