This is funny though,I bitch about the painters not helping us out then you make a moronic comment like this to them Honestly bro,if you were doing a very expensive show car or race car I would say go with the high end paint, but on an every day driver that kind of paint isn't practical.I'm not saying use cheap shit, but a mid grade paint will look killer and will last just as long if done right and kept up.No need to bad mouth people, they were just trying to help.

Here is the conversation ender. Nason is a dupont product. It is one of there low end paint systems. Nason does not cover very easily, the metallics and pearls are not near as good in chromabase. And you will probably need more of it to paint that little car due to its non covering issues.
Chromabase is Duponts mid to high production system. the only one that is a production system that is higher is Chromapremier. Chromabase is a nice system, user friendly but I would recommend using there Value shade system as well if you are going to use this system as it is designed to fix the non covering problems that Dupont paints have. depending on the color of the vehicle it will give you a value shade sealer to put on under the paint. VS1-VS7. VS1 being the lightest in color and VS7 being the darkest. Like if you are painting it white you will put on VS1 if its a black metallic (or solid) or dark blue it will most likely be VS7. I hope I have answered your questions about this product. Please stop waisting our time. Josh |
