looking to paint these wheels

looking for a flat black maybe a red lip, i have no idea on painting but my friend owns a gun but whats the best way, theyre already stripped to bare aluminum, so i need help finding a nice black paint code and should i go powder or what? i heard powder coating is good becasue when you clean the wheels with degreaser paint wont come off of nothing, so please help :]

pm Tranceologist and get them powdercoated. Much more durable than paint...They would need to be un-mounted for that though...cant stick tires in the oven!
