Pics of my first painted fender

This is my first attempt at a primer/base/clear job.This fender was a mess,fixed a couple small dings,primered with 2k then blocked with 320.Reprimered,then blocked again with 320.Shot 3 coats of light saphire blue matallic.Then 4 coats of clear,all in 4th Demention.I then sanded and buffed it out.I did not use a booth,the bodyshop manager was painting his jet ski parts in the booth that night,I had to shoot it in a open RV bay.All in all I think it's ok for a first timer

I'm gonna do a couple more pieces then I'm gonna do a car.Let me know what ya think,thanks.

Looks nice!!! Everything look good, factory finish. How's the color match? Keep up the great work!

The fender was just one of many Mustang body parts I have in my attic

I wish I could get clearer pics of the matallic,but the digital cam pics are worse than my i-phone pics.Thanks again Krucial,for your help and complements.

Cool brotha.. get that practice in, then paint my car... I wanna stay flat black but more uniform than a Krylon spray can jobber.

I just used some of the 3M Ultrafine 3000 for the first time, it sure makes short work of black.
