R&R'ing a radiator support bracket

Looking for some bodyshop people's advice/tips on what all is required to remove and replace one of these.I have a opportunity to buy a 94 honda accord for a cheap price,but the front is all smashed in.

just drill threw the first layer of metal where you see the spot welds it should then come free its not dificult some hondas are even just bolted on cant remember on this one though been so long

Yeah dont really have to worry about the radiator,as the upper tank is cracked in half with about a 1" wide opening.
