Cutting and welding a new chassis

Any one knows of a good, respectable place that can cut a chassis of a datsun and weld a new front chassis. I have a datsun 710 that the front chassis is rusty, still strong but very rusty and I've measured the front end of a nissan 240 and it has the same measurements I just need a good shop to take over the project. I'm plannong on doing a sr20 swap in to it so this should also make it alot easier. Let me know and give me your opinion if you think there is something easier to do I just want it to look good as long as it works.
