I wanna paint it either Blue or Red and right now its red but the guy who owned it before me did a shitty job, its got horrible orange peel everywhere so I wanna sand it down and bondo all the lil dents then primer and paint it...

24 grit

j/k i would start with 180 if your going to re prime the whole car, fix your dents (strighten the metal as much as possible BEFORE YOU APPLY "bondo" Bodyfiller isnt really meant to FILL holes per say.) then prime the car, and i would HAND BLOCK SAND WITH 400-600 grit, then apply the base and clear coat. and BLOCK All of your work, esp after primering, if u DA it chances are it will suck

u dont have to go to bare metal, just sand it down, past the clear and sand out any imperfections, any serious dents you should grind out to bear metal then apply filler and sand down. on bodyfiller use 80grit 1st.
