Ballpark price on smoothing and chroming

I just picked up a Stillen Strut bar for my Z, and while its a sharp looking part the stock finish on it is a little drab. Im curious what it would run (ballpark) to have the welds prettied up a bit and the entire unit Chromed.

Heres a link to a pic of one for reference:

Id say its about 4 feet from tip-to-tip. Im not looking for anything set in stone, just curious what it would run ballpark to decide if its worth it.

Stainless steel, but theres alot of discoloration from the welds.
