Roof of Eagle Talon: How Much?

I'm looking to get the roof and the small panels in front of and behind the driver's/passenger's side windows on my 1992 Eagle Talon TSI repainted.

I usually take my cars to a specific Econo where I always get a good, glossy, and durable spray. But it's never smooth. My Talon would lose value if I put that finish on the roof.

When I purchased this Talon, it had been resprayed to an immaculate finish (red). There are a few paint chips in the rear bumper, but they don't bother me.

However, the roof (black) is slightly faded and it has two rust spots (each about the size of a half dollar coin). That does bother me.

So, as I've stated, I want to get the roof and aforementioned panels repainted black.
