Depends where you're at...in some countries it's one of the most dominating rally cars, but it definitely gets the cold shoulder here in the US. But mine is a show car and it's done very well and I've received a lot of props for thinking different. And the Tibs have made people take notice. I do wanna get another 97-00 Elantra to see what kinda "cojones" I can make it produce

. The earler models do have a mitsu engine and my model comes with the Tib engine.

Hey all I have an 04 Elantra GT hatch, yes this car has lots of potential, parts are hard to find but I like the challenge and also not having something everyone else has. If you have an elantra be sure to check out www.elantraclub.com I have learned loads of good stuff there and they don't beat you up for asking questions when you want to learn.

i work for 1 of the dealerships and i would love to see some of the pics of your cars.i have had few and very far in between of the hy come in the shop with any mods.

if anyone is looking for stock parts just pm me and i will have an answers for you in a day or so.
