Friend of mine has one. Doesn't have the rails though and the head rest are adjustable.
You know, somebody actually complimented me on my driving today. They left a little note on the windshield, it said 'Parking Fine.'

I have a usable seat thats "clean"... as in not dirty. It has the usual wear, but no rips. I would say its good for keeping your butt off the floor. It will NOT turn your interior show car ready...lol. Since gas isnt cheap if you want to come get it from Tampa, its yours.
I can get you pix later tonight (after 8pm) if you need them. But if you can picture the normal s13 seat with wear on the usual ripped spot (side bolster area) thats it.
