Dude nobody on here is going to have it to trade you, i'm probably the only one here in tampa with the Q45 setup in an S chassis, if it will help you some i'll sell you everything but the drivers side axle, and just get another setup for mine later.
Supposedly napa can special order the axle for the drivers side (300zx twin turbo), after having pep boys get 2 axles and them be wrong I gave up when a used Z32 one was avail for the same price before the 3rd one came in, you may have more luck with napa than I did with pep boys.

If he is going Q45, then it would be the diff, with axles, unless you wanted to buy the 5 lug rear hubs also, and you'd need tools to put it in an S13, along with a rear cover gasket or rtv so you can swap the cover to the one from your S13, hell if he gets the setup from me, mine has an S13 cover on at the moment, you may even be able to get him to have it swapped and ready to go

I would said $275 for everything (except the diff cover) axles (2) ,vlsd and 5 lug hubs
