saw this car run strong. running rich (as every basic SR swap does) doesn't kill motors.
you bought a used swapped car. I'm not taking sides, but you know what you were getting into. The minute you have that title signed over, you owe the seller money and you are responsible for the car. Yes, sometimes shit happens, but it's part of the risk taken buying a car like that, whether it was meticulously done or a heap of rusty junk. Honestly, you owe Rob, and you were responsible for the car (which apparently was parted out and sold?).
If the typical black rear bumper from a stock swap running on the rich side bothered you, why did you buy it? Did you give it a thorough inspection? Do you have mechanical credentials to certify that your inspection, if given, was good enough? Knowing the car ran strong, but slightly rich, did you beat the ever loving shit out of it once you bought it?
As much as I'd like to see this settled, I know it will just end up being bickering. Even if I bought a mint '98 with a built engine, tuned perfectly and taken care of, if it blew up 2 weeks later, I'm responsible. Rob isnt a car dealer and you didn't work out any sort of warranty. I would have at least had XAT do a tune-up and inspection on it to have some form of guarantee.

What about the thread that was on Orlando Forums . com? Why aren't you listing that in your little bitch of a sig? Is it becuase there are multiple people admitting to being ripped off by you there?
Sounds to me like your just trying to bring attention away from yourself and blow somebody else's doing way out of proportion to make yourself look not so bad anymore. I would just give up by now because you arent going to win any of our sides...
