Looking to reach 230RWHP
I have a s13 black top swapped into my s13 and im wondering what upgrades should i do in order to reach my mark of 230RWHP. To be honest im new to the sr game. Below is what is done so far and im running a stock turbo, stock ecu, MAF and injectors
isis freddy intake manifold
isis exhaust manifold
stock turbo
isis bov
aftermarket exhaust (piping is 2.5' and downpipe is stock)
aftermakret lightweight pulleys
I have a few ideas for upgrades like injectors, maf, s15 turbo, full 3' turbo back exhaust and either get a piggyback system or reflash. What do you guys suggest i do to reach 230rwhp? any info would be great as im still learning. Please go easy on me lol

Remove the shitty exhaust manifold thats going to crack.
Buy a quality bov to replace the shitty bov.
replace the downpipe and exhaust with quality 3" stuff, and a turbo outlet elbow
replace the probably shitty intercooler with a quality one
Turn the boost up, enjoy surpassing your goal by 20rwhp

full on track cars can take a lot more liberties with shit than a street car. bell bottom kits and crazy wheel fitment look cool sliding on a track, but when i want to drive to taco bus, im going to ruin all of that shit. so it just doesnt work for me. function over fashion.

230 isn't hard on an sr20... hell, 250 isn't hard on an sr20.
because isis is knock off junk..... its kinda like buying chinese products just because it is cheaper to build it in a sweatshop instead of a real shop here stateside.
Yeah, sometimes it works out, sometimes it is total junk.
You might not have had any issues with them, but the quality just isn't there. Maybe you're one of the lucky ones that the 30% of the good parts. But the remaining 70% still suck.

Because its not that its "not top notch" its because its knockoff junk, they took an existing companys "not top notch" and then started duplicating it with shitty materials, shitty QC, and shitty components.
They rip off actual companys r&d, design, market development. When you head off to work, and its slow, and you see the economy isnt doing worth a crap, you'll know a big part of why.

Those that are pointing the finger at the govt, well a large portion, are doing so because they should have stepped in and done something about the companys doing those shady trade practices, copying other peoples designs, ignoring patents etc.
