Workshop/Garage rentals...
Fellas,
I'm in the Clearwater/St Pete area and I'm looking for a place to do some work on a car. My apartment does not have garage units for rent and I know I will need space and time to do the work that will not be allowed in the parking lot.
Do you guys have a place that you would recommend. I wouldnt need to space for long...less than a month, acutally. Google isnt being my friend...but i am searching. Please let me know.

Try Rogers Business Park just N. of Ulmerton on the W. side of Keene. Or try a 24 hour storage place. A unit big enough for a car, (10x15) should be right around $115.00
You know, somebody actually complimented me on my driving today. They left a little note on the windshield, it said 'Parking Fine.'

Thanks! Often is the case that storage places hate to have you work on your vehicle there though. Will have to see.

What they don't know or can't see, they can't bitch or complain about.

ive been in rogers park for a couple years and the units are about the size of a two car garage with a single garage size door, if your working inside the shop they dont care what you do and as long as your not spilling oil on the pavement they dont care what you do outside..........i think the units go for 225 to 300 for a single unit
