catalytic converters and scrap. where do you take it?

Where do you take your scrap metals and catalytic converters.

I have like 6 cats and after these two part outs, I'll have a whole stack of scrap to get rid of too.

Yeah, I have a couple I need to get rid of too. I tried taking them to a metal yard and they only wanted to give me $20 for the two of them so I basically told them to kick rocks. There was a dude a while back that bought one off me for $80.

I have 6 off of 300zx's ... is that 750 bucks worth? or am I missing something in there somewhere?

as compared to the pre-cats, these things are huge, but I wouldn't say they are bigger than some of the fat ass, cheap cats that I've cut out of eclipses but those are only worth, 48 bucks.

dude, i wasnt being smart at all. i was only asking you that to give you my opinion on what they might consider it as. it could give you a general idea of what they will list it as. i would say either small or medium foriegn. and again it was no offense to you i was only asking a question.

JDM Pollo is right. They give good money for your catalytic converters.

Its not just the size but the density of the honeycomb...s13/14 cats are medium sized.

There is also a place called RAS core suppliers near 56th and Hillsborough...Gator pays a tiny bit better and you can get cash on the spot.
