How to tell if you have ABS? 240SX

I'm assuming if you turn the key to the ignition "on" position then the ABS light should come on for a second just like all the other little dash lights etc. Is this correct? Mine does not, so I don't believe I have ABS.

Any insight?

I don't think either of my S13s had one...

There should be an ABS control box under the hood where your brake lines go to before they go to the brakes.

see a bunch of metal lines there...thats abs

Glad I found this old thread. I need to get pads/rotors for my S14. I'm thinking I do have ABS since there is a fuse/relay for it. But for some reason, the relay is missing. I'll have to check under the hood tomorrow to see if the "ABS" box is there with the metal lines coming out of it. Thanks dudes!

the few S14's with ABS(mine included) have factory VLSD equipped aswell, so its a win lose situation.
