I've been trying to tell her that ever since i met the guy I always thought he was a shady fuck but oh well it was just an estimate he won't be touching my car.
Yea I know funny part is at first i just laughed and ignored what he put on there cuz I was honestly expected him to try and rape me but my mother wouldn't let it go lol so I proved to her with this that hes a fucking scumbag. Now that i've had time to sit down and look things over I see all the bs. Problem now is finding a non scumbag mechanic.

Yea i wouldn't mind doing that but I live in a deed restricted community I'm not allowed to work on my car. I got a letter just a couple weeks ago cuz my car sat on a jack with the front tire of for maybe an hr so i could just go and get a new tire. Its bullshit!Last edited by Sippi; 01-22-2012 at 09:56 AM.

wow. what a great place to live.
i still can't wrap my head around the fact that people voluntarily live in places like that. I get the whole "its a nice ,clean neighborhood" but my area isn't deed restricted in any way and somehow we all manage to keep it looking nice.
If it is that big of a deal to work on your car where you live, then it might be worth it to find a garage to rent out. Especially since it appears to only be suspension related issues. It isn't like you need to pull an engine out or anything like that, you might be able to get away with getting a big storage unit. what they know won't hurt em.
EDIT: Of which, what is your car actually doing?
Given all of the parts that he wanted to replace, it looks like your steering wheel bounces all over the place and you can't keep the car going down the road between the lines.

I had my own personal mechanic, for 7yrs. I'll trust him to the fullest extent w/ an vehicle. I've sent various relatives, neighbors and friend his way and everyone has been more than pleased by him. He's real trustworthy and so forth and so forth. Sucks though, he closed down his shop after 10yrs in one location. He was a victim of credit card fraud about 2yrs ago and it's been down hill ever since. Douche bag(s) hit him for 20k and the banks won't do anything about it so he closed down shop before shit got any worse. He's talking about going "Mobile" now. I told him that he was stupid.

You know, somebody actually complimented me on my driving today. They left a little note on the windshield, it said 'Parking Fine.'

Sippi, PM me if you would like to discuss having this work done...I can do all that suspension stuff in a couple hours, and have a friend with a shop/place to work in Clearwater.
