Buzzing/ Groning sound 97 kouki (wont start)

Ok so long story short car was in an accident. Radiator/Ac condensor hit distributor. Plugs were cracked on distributor and cap was cracked. I wrote down what wire was on what pin on the distributor and cut off cracked plug. I then put new connectors on each wire and connected them individually on each pin. I also replaced the distributor (correctly TDC).

Car is now making a groning buzzing type sound when turned to ACC. Car will also not start.

History behind car:
Ran perfect before accident
Rebuilt 5k miles ago
New plugs
New plug wires
New distributor

Any ideas?

check grounds one of my cars have done that before and my main ground was grounded but i had to move it for some reason it wasnt getting a good connection

Ill check it but I remember reading about this some where and I dont think that was the problem. But I will check thanks for the advice.

Didnt you swap it from Manual to Auto..?
I'd start with grounds

Negative it was an EGI fuse but that didnt solve it, long story lol think I got it figured out.

This is a diff car btw.
