spotted: light blue bumperless hatch?

I see it everytime I go to the mall (gulfview sq), and cant help but to wonder whos it is. But by the time i get home I forget about it. So now Im posting from my phone as I remember...

Its a light blue hatch, black roof, CF hood, no bumper and a pretty big FMIC..

Belong to anyone on here?
