    Hey Martin, I was just linked to this from the 350z forums and I must say it looks insane. I should drop by the shop one of these days and check er out.

    I havent even made time to drop by the new shop, amongst things like since my car finally blowing a rod 6 months ago. We decided to do a custom single setup with a GTK850 hybrid turbo, but in hindsight a 2J swap may have been more practical!

    Yes the 2JZ is a tad expensive... about $16,000 for a base swap with a T4 60-1 style turbo, but built VQ's w/ turbo kit and tuning are just as much. I've been hearing that a lot from guys that have already built VQ's

    Your right theres corners... so while were off topic lets just add to the LSx series advantages over teh 2j and say weight and size...much easier to squeeze an LS1 that weighs less and can sit further back towards the center of the car in thur and get a better balance than teh inline 6
