got my head off today. can't see any huge evidence of where the head gasket blew, cylinder #3 had coolant in it, but the head gasket's coolant passages were fubared pretty bad. not even sure how my car ran at normal temps for so long. lol.

cylinder walls are still perfect, there was no traces of coolant in the oil, looks like i caught it in time.

knock sensor seems melted to block.

got a big list of stuff to get, studs and HG get here tuesday, hopefully have most of it together by next weekend.

plan will be to just get it running again, and *MAYBE* get it on the dyno for a fine tune from scott and chris, otherwise it will be up for sale still, at a reduced price

drove it too and from work(I love Cold A/C), and told myself for the millionth time that I will finally wetsand and buff it tuesday. (doubt it though.)

Downgraded from aftermarket tension rods to my old stock tension rods. I'm contemplating finishing my carpet/interior install tomorrow but I have a hard time finding motivation to work on the car when I don't even drive it more than once a week.

pre drilled all the holes to fit on the body kit tommorrow morning....found out i can put a half stack w/ head, pedal effects and 3 guitars with my girl in it...who needs a truck!!

exhuast piping/coupling dislodged today. so i had it put back together. so much quieter now!

scraped gasket.
removed melted spark plug boots from plugs and got plugs out.

blew out gasket material from coolant passages around cylinders.

going to nissan on tuesday to get mega load of OE gaskets and stuffs.

waiting on parts basically.

someone please find me an s14 5 speed transmission harness

i have tried a few places already. everyone sucks.

finished my engine bay chassis harness for the new car. relays and all wiring routes are all hidden and tucked away. frame for wheel well was modified for wheel fitment, driver side chassis harness tucked above for wheel fitment. interior chassis harness redone, still working on dash harness stuff.

bc 264 cams came in, JWT cam gears came in, AMS top feed fuel rail kit came in, t3 60-1 came in. and i have more spare time this thing will run i promise

Put in a niffty cupholder and rearranged all the wires behind the CD player..
