Holy hell dude, you went from "Someone help me do this wiring, to FML spaghetti." atleast it's a start. I don't plan nor do I want to get that involved with it. Infact, I've been thinking about selling my VVL manifold and getting Mazworx updated one because it'll clear the S14 fusebox in the bay. I really don't want to fuck with my wiring. Goodluck man.

Actually half of the wiring is hooked up in that picture, no matter what you do unless you start with a bare fuse block and run one circuit at a time, you're going to have that look, the fuse block he's got has all of the wiring connected to it, as well as half of the circuits tying into each other for the stock connections, it meant that I couldnt just put one wire in at a time, when wires from 4 different connections connect to one feed, all of the other wires to each of those connectors get brought in just to start hooking up one wire each.

All of the lighting, turn signals, hazards, and most of the cluster is already wired, next up is the F3 plug and wiper wiring, after that not a lot left.
Rule #1 of wiring and having to work with existing wiring/connectors, know how to deal with "spaghetti" or dont touch it.
