That new hood looks like crap, give it to me. I need it for...uh...some reason. Yeah, some reason. You should do popups or something.

Lol the new hood was on fire at one point. I have no clue but I think the shell had an electrical fire or something. Thats what all the spots of rust are from and the underside ribbing is loose from the top skin. I think Im going to get a seibon over summer and color match it to my car.

if it was JB's it was top mount and supposedly got the brake master on fire, which caught the tore up shit on the under side of hood on fire jumped to the other side and got through the harness

looks like your on the right track man just watch the line on the front edge of the hood and the tip of the passenger side fender.

Thanks, I only have 3 bolts on the hood but I re-adjusted it today. Its welded in for the most part. I needs a few braces and some spot welding but its in there pretty solid.
I found the bumper is screwed up so it sits crooked and I need to modify the bumper support to get it to sit straight. But over all I'm happy with how its turned out so far. So I need a new USDM bumper if anyone has one.
Time for pics:

Lower part of the fender isnt bolted on.

Skirts and Valences mock up.

The car needs to be lowered again.

Tubbing will get rid of that gap.

96' Grill

Tub work begins tomarrow, ^ thats what that big piece of 18ga sheet metal is for!
