The correct way to build an s14.
OK ok, this is what my bay will look like then, but a lighter shade of silver. (this is my motivaion for how I want my engine bay to look)
if you are anywhere close to those motivational pics in the end, your car will be my new envy of the tampa area... DO IT!

I recall you were into grip and not drift, so why go with the huge tubed front fenders and not just some basic fender flares?

The wheels fit fine in the outer fenders. But I was constantly smacking the inner fender well when I was up in the mountains and I've have it happen a few times goofing off. The car is low enough that if the wheel is turned and I hit a bump mid corner it slams. And that was with my 17x8+10's with a 235-40. I'll be using a 17x9+15 or +0 with a 245 or 255-40 tire.
I could solve this issue by raising the car but I like where its at.
You can see in this picture with the amount of camber gain under compression that it would easily hit the fender well in a corner. And thats with the wheel hardly turned in.

Oh snap.
Little bit more fitment work and the new section will be ready to weld in. As for now its all still just sitting in place.
