Default any electrical gurus or lancer evo specialists out there?

Does or has anyone in the Tampa bay area tackle the rewiring of the notorious problem of water getting in the grommet on the driver side fender? Ive just completed this job and now I am having issues with the car starting. I would try to continue fixing it but id rather pay someone who knows what they're doing. Please inquire if you or someone you know has an extensive knowledge of these cars. Thank you.

It's possible that the starting problem is not related to water in the grommet.
I have no extensive knowledge of your car, but if water leaks in through the grommet,
some people pull/push the grommet through, brush it as clean as they can get it,
and silicone seal the groove around the edges as well as the hole where the wires come through.
Some people unwrap the tape around the wires and squirt silicone seal down between the wires
at the grommet, then re-tape it back.
