turbo question

I just picked up a turbo online to use for a project im working on and the guy said it was a t28 from a 1st gen talon/eclipse . im trying to clock the turbo so the center housing is straight. My first question is :

Does the oil inlet on the center turbo housing need to be straight up?

or can it be on the bottom? I loosened up the bolts on the half circle plates to turn the housing and it seemed stuck. My next question is :

Is the housing pressed into the exhaust housing or is it just hard to pull apart?and what should i use to loosen it up? thanks in advance. Any help would be great!

t28 never came on dsms.

turbo has an oil inlet and a drain, u need to have the inlet up and the drain facing down.

housings should be able to move.

Like JR said, gotta have the inlet up and the drain down, otherwise you might as well not even hook oil lines up. Is that a rail buggy thats goin in? That would be nice, I cant really tell from the pics, but it could be a T25 from a 2G eclipse, but not by the looks of the exhaust housing.
