I just got done mocking up the manifold and decided i should give some teaser pics. Since i have a pussy ass welder i will take it somewhere and have the welding done professionally. Keep in mind this was my first attempt at making a tubular manifold. I still have to add the external wastegate flange and clean everything up before the final welding takes place. The manifold will be sandblasted after welding and sent off to get ceramic coated.
this big gap in the flange will be where my external wastegate will reside. Once i get better at this i will make a little more efficient of a design. The runners on this manifold are all within 1" of equal length.Last edited by 2gntTalon; 12-09-2006 at 12:48 AM. Reason: forgot to add the pics!
