No more cutting and spicing to wire up a fuel pump relay to you 88 -2000 acura or Honda.The solution is a plug and play system clean and easy. The point of adding a relay to you fuel pump is with the long wires going to the fuel pump most of the time the voltage can drop to an operating voltage of 12.5 to 13v or some times lower. This is perfectly fine but however, there can be time the the power may drop more and cause your fuel pump to flow less fuel thus leaning out the engine. By adding a relay to your fuel pump it allows you to get you voltage directly from you batter which will be some time almost up to 15v. That jump in voltage can make your 255 walbro into a 320 or more. In the past you were requires to cut into you harness no it is as easy as 123 plug it up wire power and ground to the battery and your off. One of the best features is that if something happens and the relay goes bad you can just unplug it and plug everything back oem bypassing the relay until a new relay is purchased
