New Girl, Need help

Hey Guys, My names Meg. I just moved from Springfield Missouri to Ft.Myers beach florida to go to school at Florida Gulf Coast. I'm an active member of MWSNS (midwest street and strip), KCSR (kansas city street racing), ComoSR (columbia street racing) and SpfldSR (springfield missouri street racing). I dont know anyone in my area and It's kinda scary, first thing I know to do is join the local forums...so my point, anyone know of the naples car community forum or anywhere close?? I dont know where this site is generaly pointed towards but I'd really like to get to know some people up here.

btw: some guys from Hondaswap.com told me to join here, said I might find some people from my area.

I know its out there because I've visted before and hung with the croud, there said to have one of the biggest car communitys in the country. But then again I cant find their site so it either is extremly hidden or doesnt exist lol.

this just sucks cause I know no one down here, It will be nice when I start at Florida Gulf Coast in the fall but for now...nice weather can only do so much to replace home lol

We took 90% of our stuff to our track as well...but it still doesnt mean you guys are even being willing to help me out on getting to know anyone in the local area's. I have barely gotten any feedback at all actually. I guess I'm just use to Missouri people, much more friendly and open.

honestly dont expect to much help, people in florida period are dicks. You will soon realize that. I love going on vacation just to be around nicer people . not saying there arent any, just the percentage is MUCH lower then anywhere else I have been. I dont know of any sights for that area, your best bet will probably be here or going to a nationwide forum such as honda-tech, teamintegra.net ect. ( I use honda sites since you said you found us from hondaswap.com)
