Cool Hola Mi amigos yet another newbie

Hola
I am a newbie and i am looking for some help....I am attempting to locate either an EJ18 or EJ 20 motor for obviously a subaru....also i was wondering if anyone here has any extensive knowledge of subaru...if it is required that i purchase the motor to match the year of my car or if newer motors will fit my motor mounts.....i guess if im looking to motor swap...i should know this.... ..but i dont....any help on this would be awesome...imprezzive93@hotmail.com...thanx

Welcome to TR. The best way to find out about your car is to get a good manual. Borders/Barne's & Noble (Tampa) may have a Chilton manual. It has some engine size info from different years. Lots better than Haynes from Discount Auto/etc.-Bob
