howdy hey
I am down in FL from missouri. I just spent a week in tampa with my boy nick carter (not the back street boy
). Anyhow he told me about the site so Im prolly gonna be on and off here between trips to tampa. nice site\\\ btw way, I drive a 91 black NA with a 3sgte swapped in. I installed: a full T4 50 trim turbo, 46MM external wastegate, 3 inch downpipe, 3 inch exhaust with a titanium muffler, spec stage 3 clutch and fidanza lightweight flywheel, and am on the verge of buying/installing an A/W intercooler setup. Aside from the Kosei K1 16x8.5" rears and 16x7.5" front wheels, the exterior is stock. pics in my sig of the mr2 |

the one that wasnt running right? ya I remember you! Ever find the vacum leak? You should really replace that little angle peice that connects to the by pass valve as well as tighten up that intake peice that connects to the turbo.
you might also want to look into replacing your dist. cap and rotor, plug wires, and plugs. go toyota with all those except the plugs, buy a set of NGK 6097's (copper plugs) and gap them to .28 it was good to meet some other people with swapped mr2's there arent but like 3 I know of in st louis MO |

As a clarification......I have the hi-rise hood to allow clearance for
an air filter from a 351 CI police Interceptor, *not* the entire motor. I made a cowl-inducted cold air box that pressurizes the carb slightly and when you need to accelerate, It gulps the air and you can hear it moan! It was the last year for a carbed 2 liter Accord, a technology I understand maybe better than fuel injection and electronics. When I had the automatic in it, it would spin the tires in "D" just by flooring it. (Something I have to exercise self control over) However, the idea of fabricating a side-winding small block in a Honda sounds like an interesting project........some bracing required, though.-Bob Never met Wolf, but I would like to see his work. That sounds like one awesome car of his......and the new project? Alriiiight! Quote:
