Looking for Civic clubs in tampa. I buying a car this week (Civic) and i'm good with electronics. But I dont have many hours "under the hood"

Good with electronics? I have been collecting parts to build a small microwave for warming a doughnut on the dash of my car as I'm driving.

Do you know much about shielding and directing microwaves in a certain
direction, so it would not interfere with police radar? -Bob
