Hello Florida, Nice to meet you

Hey everyone, I am moving down to Tampa on the 30th from PA. I am going to be attending USF, and need to makes some friends before i get down there.

A little bit about myself. I have been involved with DGTrials.com's events for over a year now, and love cars. I dont love the yellow cars with big wings and monster takes. heck, i usually dont even care for body kits, but I love cars that know what it means to kick ass. I at one point had an integra, crashed that, bought a 240 shell, got it running with a ka, and now im moving to florida with plans of someday buying myself a cressida and converting it to 5 speed. But, for now, its all dreams. Id appreciate it if i could meet some of you when I get down there, because ive only ever been to Tampa once, and I have a months worth of down time before classes start. And without a car, I want to try my best to meet people so Im not sitting in my apartment twiddling my thumbs til the end of august.

PS. Im always up for an enjoyable conversation, So if you got any news/pointers about Tampa, or your just bored out of your mind, IM me or PM me or something.

heh, quaker steak and lube.. what do you know about quaker steak and lube? You know the first couple were in pennsylvania... all kidding aside, once I found out how close it was to Tampa on my last visit down there I beelined straight for it, cause the closest one to me up here is like 3 hours and I am not able to get there much..

Is it true there will soon be one in Tampa? Are those TR meets every wednesday or whatever at QS&L you guys? I saw it on the calendar and thought it was pretty neat.
