mazda6 piggyback ecu

Hey im looking to add some ponies to my whip.I'm planning on adding the following parts bored TB,valve springs,supertech 11.6:1 hi comp. pistons,eagle rods,header.....anyway my question is that with the hi comp. pistons i will need a ECU able to do fuel and timing.As of now i know of only the haltech and microtech standalones able to work on this car(04 mazda6i),will the AEM F/IC or the Greddy E-Manage work on my car.any help would be appreciated thanx.
