My first FC!
Just showing you guys my first fc rx7 i ever had, and my progress that im gonna be growing through with this great car.
Got the car for $650 on craigslist, guy states hasnt driven it for over a year but bought it from a mechanic that rebuilt the engine and new clutch.. Couple hours later it TURNED ON! wooo smoke everywhere..
couple pics of the car now sorry camara phone..
week later after i got it, i test drove it on a 4 hour trip to go pick up some wheels..MB BATTLES 18x9.5


of course the car was 4 lug so got a 5 lug conv. from a local junk yard that had turbo 2 brakes and drilled rotor got it for $80 bucks and some other stuff too..

R26 lug nuts




new inner and outer tie rods

old rods

new

turbo 2 hood i got from a local member

started scuffing the car

new wing also got a turbo 2 wing has some crack on it that i will sell for $30

gonna make my na turbo got the manifolds



ill keep ya posted thinking of what suspension to do...

I saw your post on RX7club, nice find, and good work. I would have recommended suspension first then wheels, but I'm sure you got a nice deal.

got it from rb240mike JDM Orlando..he wasnt to sure in the offsets but I think they are like 27 rear 28 front

nice 7. i didnt post mine up here when i got it because it was very..... very.... very... ugly. lol.

thats what it looks like when i got it for $1000 from some old dude in webster. he hurt his leg and traded his harley for it only to find out he couldnt clutch with his bad leg.


needless to say the bodykit HAD TO GO! so i did it the only way i knew how... yes thats right. i found a very narrow, very bumpy dirt trail through the woods and i went about 60-70mph down it. getting air on every little bump and going sideways through trees and over little wood bridges. that pulled the back bumper clean off and cracked the hell out of the front bumper so when i got hom i pulled the rest off, scuffed it and primered it

leaving the sideskirts because they wernt that bad looking.


then i sold it for $2000 and with the profit i went and got myself a little 240
maybe ill get another rx7 one day?
