No, but wouldn't you find it strange if JDMUps names their next car show "JDMUps Cars & Coffee" or HIN "Hot Import Nights Gumball Rally 3000"?
I look forward to see what creativity you come up with.
I'm not arguing. I'm just trying to have an indepth discussion.

You do realize there are hundreds of 'cars & coffee' events around the country right? That have nothing at all to do with each other besides the fact that they generally occur in the morning on a Saturday or Sunday? Perhaps that name was chosen because it indicates to people that hey, we're going to get a bunch of car enthusiasts together on a weekend morning to drink coffee and look at cars; oh, yes, that is why it was chosen, good idea.
If you research trademark law more, you'll find that putting TM after something means you are claiming a trademark but do not own said trademark, you may not have even applied for it, if you own the mark, you use the R in a circle to indicate as such. If the person running the Jacksonville one did apply for said trademark, they would probably find out soon after that someone in Georgia already has a registered trademark on Cars & Coffee and Cars And Coffee, so why don't you go whine to the Jacksonville person, the Orlando person and duPont in St. Pete too about all three of them calling their events by the exact same name? Not that it would matter anyway because the registered trademark was registered for the class of goods containing charitable fundraising so this use of it for a free event (i.e. not in commerce) would not conflict with the registered mark anyway.

1. I personally think "cars & coffee" is becoming common for a sat or sun morning meet. It is like calling it a "meet & greet". I don’t think anyone owns the phrase "cars & coffee" more than anyone owns "meet & greet".
2. I drank coffee and looked at cars on Saturday morning. You can call it what you want, to me it was literally "cars & coffee"

Awesome pictures. Now that looks better!
I can't wait to come out to the next one now as it will grow bigger and bigger and evolve into something special here in Tampa!

I am glad we had people there with Hondas. This meet is for all people who are into cars. It is not restricted to Euro owners. Please keep coming.
Stay tuned for info on the Aug 8th meet!
