 Let me know if you can make it out and I'll add you to the list. Also please bring something to throw in towards food (I know the flyer says free but we have to share because I am broke). If no one brings food there won't be anything to eat. Sounds good folks! How early do we have to get on the list for a pavillion number?......that one in the back was pretty good last time, with plenty of parking space in the field if needed.....pavillion 8?, pavillion 9?...don't remember.....
-------------------------------------------------------------- A few food suggestions...if someone wants to commit to a particular item.... 6-per-box Bubba burgers or 6-per-box Onion Bros Burgers are pretty good. Not too costly.... and bring enough buns to cover the number of burgers. 24 OZ bottle of ketchup......... 24 OZ bottle of mustard.......... 10 OZ "Adobo Criollo" seasoning......or any other seasoning.... Couple eight pound bags of ice.....I have some big trash bags to line the garbage can for sodas in ice water....... Bottled water......every body drinks water...... Sodas....... 200 plastic plates will leave a few for next time......... Couple rolls of paper towels........ Package of styrofoam cups.......... 18 pound bag of charcoal at WalMart is about $7....... Get a quart of liquid lighter.........I have the igniter.....need to stoke the fire around 11am for a noon cookoff start time........ If someone commits to hot dogs, bring enough buns, please........ 24 OZ hot dog relish........we can share ketchup/mustard with burger eaters...... Can anybody bring a container of assorted yellow/red/green sweet peppers? Not hot....about bite size.....great when grilled.......... Precooked Brats.......several types....bring some buns, too....... Hillshire Farms sausages, lots of types..... 2 Containers of baked beans... 2 Containers of Potato Salad...... I will bring some forks, etc......... A bag of your favorite chips........... ------------------------------------------------ Folks, if you will bring food, I will bring charcoal igniter, forks, burger flippers, tongs, warming pan for hot dogs, serving pan for burgers, trash bags............ -Bob Any takers? Any commiters? What do you think? |

Put up the list with what has been volunteered so far.
Feel free to PM me about coming to the meet and offer up what ever you can afford to bring out. We need ice, burgers, dogs, buns, and condiments. For drinks so far we will have plenty of Soda (mainly Coca-Cola and MD) and bottled water. If you want something else let us know and we will try to grab it too.
