People start showing up at Target at 9ish, then at 10:30 everyone goes to the Publix right down the road. Alot of people stay really late.. I usually leave at around 11:00-11:30.

Yeah it's definitely a good meet. There's a good amount of cars at Target, and a shit load of cars at Publix every week.
