No, the motor is fine! He wasnt spraying. I think the syncros are done on the tranny! It feels like you put it in gear but the car will still rev like its in neutral and wont go anywhere!

sounds like a clutch to me. Synchros just get the tranny in gear without grinding(synchronize the engagement), synchros just prevent you from having to double clutch
