LHT S2000 Turbo kit with super fast spool

This car to receive one of turbo kits,also a few other goodies while it's in our care.

This is a 100% daily driver, the goal is lots of low down power, fast spool up with no heating /reliability issues.

This is a great performance modification for an S2000, Usually when upgrading the power something suffers. In this case it's win win.

We're using a small Ball bearing Precision turbo ,
Precision waste gate,
TIAL BOV,
LHT Stainless down pipe with re circ dump tube.
LHT Inter cooler piping
LHT Oil filter relocation
RC injectors,
Hondata Flash Pro


Stock form




All bolts are hardened and coated with anti seize










Both intercooler pipes are 1 piece, less chance of pipes leaking and cleaner install.


We're also adding Ground Control springs, refinishing the wheels with an Favorite LHT Color and installing new tires.
Here's the starting point.


Dropping the car only 1" with 20% stiffer springs gives a nice ride without sacrificing comfort. This is a great setup while remaining practical.





We went 10mm wider on the tires and used EVO2s


This is our wheel color choice




It's hard to see in the pictures, but it's a gun metal metallic with some pearl, it goes very well with the factory color.


With the relocated oil filter it makes it super easy for oil changes.


Lots of room, no heat issues.


INtercooler fits nicely without cutting up the bumper.




The finished product, We color keyed the pipes to match the wheels. This not only looks cool it's easy to keep.






We also added an LHT Master Cylinder brace to the mix.






The end result is a great power band, This hits full boost by 3900 rpms and holds it's 7 psi to red line. It makes 280 whp and 230 torque at only 4000 rpms. It will spins the tires rolling into the throttle in second gear at any rpms. This feels like a sports cars with a V6 rather than a turbo 4.

We have 4 S2000s with this kit and all are running well, One fired a clutch. We have found the stock S2000 clutch to hold upto around 300whp pretty well unless your drag racing it.
