So i order my Clutch from you guys last week dec 6 monday
and you guys told me that ya'll keep me update with email,still got no email n its a week alrdy
and you guys told me that parts get here dec 15 wed n ill be out dec 16 thursday
and now i wanna know where is the clutch n am i goin to have it done b4 dec 18 '
pls contact me asap

If you guys cant install on this week let me know and ill just pay for the parts when it get there/ can i get my deposit money back cause im leaving whole week next week so i need to get my clutch fix.

Ill respond for John since he is on Vacation.. Im not really following what you said.. You ordered a Clutch last Monday? Did you pay or was this verbally over the phone? when did you ahve an appt to have it installed? What kind of clutch and what kind of car? The more info the better.. Ill see what I can do.

i came in dec 6 monday around 4
order that and told john that my clutch is slippin real bad
and i need to get it fix asap
he write me up on a white paper for all the ordered parts and price
he told me parts will be here wed or thur and he get it done next day

No Problem, Parts did get ordered from Clutch Masters in Cali and the parts will be here on time. Don't worry.
Please bring the car in on the 18th at 9am and we'll get right to it.
