Engine Build-The LHT Way. Step by Step
This is your regular B20 block that has been in the "Field" pulling a CRV around for 100+K miles.
It's now going to be transformed...
First thing is to break it down and send it to our Sleeving company of choice.Golden Eagle.

About 7 weeks later.
The Block has been bead blasted, sleeved, bored and cleaned.With so many nice parts going into the motor, it should look fresh on the outside. Hence the extra cleaning work.

It's going be loaded with CP 9-1 comp pistons and Carillo rods.At LHT we only use OEM Honda bearings, we only replace the weak links.
Each Piston is sized to each bore, CP pistons are so close there's very little difference but this is still common practice.
