Volvo S60R gets LHT Intercooler & Piping
Factory intercooler's on these cars looks like an ac condenser so the customer wanted something that would not get heat soaked every time he ran the AC. So here are the pictures of the solution.

wow very nice work with such little room to work with! my dad has the same car, can u shared_pm me how much this costs? and also what basic mods can be done to the car?

Yep, been loving the new plumbing, but if anything I just wish it was a tad louder, lol.
I'm sure a new downpipe would do the trick, let me know when you all have some time and put me a quote together for what a new one with a high flow cat would set me back and we will see what we can do.

I'd love to do some work on my S40, but aftermarket parts are so expensive!

Tunes are down to about $600 for the T5 and I'm sure the guys at LHT could give you a good deal on an FMIC and exhaust upgrade.
