Default Volvo S60R gets LHT Intercooler & Piping

Factory intercooler's on these cars looks like an ac condenser so the customer wanted something that would not get heat soaked every time he ran the AC. So here are the pictures of the solution.

Thanks for the great work and quick turn around time guys.

Damn, I should have washed my car before I brought it there so it didn't look so dingey in the pics, lol.

Please feel free to give us a call, we have done a few of the 60Rs and can give you some pointers. Maybe S60R ( Above ) can share some of his finding also.

How is your new exhaust? Are you happy with the sound?

Yep, been loving the new plumbing, but if anything I just wish it was a tad louder, lol.

I'm sure a new downpipe would do the trick, let me know when you all have some time and put me a quote together for what a new one with a high flow cat would set me back and we will see what we can do.

Looks good!

I'd love to do some work on my S40, but aftermarket parts are so expensive!

Tunes are down to about $600 for the T5 and I'm sure the guys at LHT could give you a good deal on an FMIC and exhaust upgrade.
