    LHT Turbo 06 Civic Si

    06 Civic Si ,This a custom built turbo by LHT.
    It features a LHT Cast manifold, LHT 3" Stainless downpipe , Precision intercooler, Precision injectors, LHT Aluminum intercooler piping, LHT 3" Stealth stainless exhaust, TIAL WG and BOV.We will tune this on FlashPro by Hondata.
    Like all LHT Turbo kits we build them to the car, that way everything fits and looks like it belongs.




    This is a Precision turbo using there billet wheel.This turbo is good for 475whp on a built wheel but for this stock motor will will limit it to around 300whp.

    The picture shows the turbo in it's location and a full 3" stainless down pipe.

    The bumper support had to be modified but still retained to allow room for the large Precision intercooler.


    We need both pipes to exit on the driverside so some creative fabrication was needed.


    all the aluminum piping is bead rolled to prevent blow of, we have used this exact method on rally cars building 60+ psi...



    The pipes are also routed so the factory fogs lights still fit.

    Here's another angle, Notice the extra bracket to prevent the pipes rubbing.


    The LHT Exhaust is hand crafted using 3" stainless piping, a 3" inline resonator and 3" magnaflow muffler are used for there high flow and low noise.The whole thing is tig welded.




    We use stainless feed and drain lines on all our turbo kits, it's more expensive but worth the price and work for it's reliability.



    The drain is -10 and uses AN fittings.


    We use an intake on all our turbo kits at least the size of the turbos intake. This uses a 3" aluminum intake with a K+N filter.




    We use hard pipe as much as possible, alot of kits use tight 90 degree silicone hoses in tight spots. We have seen over the years that they fail long before straight connectors.

    You can se the ZEX nitrous nozzle inthe picture, the car came in with this Zex kit so we're keeping it for future performance requirements( Built motor )
