Nissan GTR exhaust
After measuring the GTR exhaust and looking for the most restrictive parts we found the mid section really needs to be replaced. We didn't want to loose the stock mufflers and tips as they not only look right on the car they seem to flow pretty well.
Stock...

The main exhaust is only 2.75" and splits into a pretty restrictive "T" and 2.4: pipe then goes into the two mufflers.
We increased the dia to 3" and built merge into 2 2.5" pipes and the blend into the existing pipes.
This is all experimental, the mufflers will be replaced if they turn out to be the weak link in the system. At this pint they don't seem to be.
The LHT modification.

The GTR now sounds fantasic, more like a Ferrari than anythings else. The customer has commented on some increased power without making the car noisy inside.
We will report some times and numbers at the customers discretion .Last edited by MrLHT; 01-31-2009 at 09:09 AM.
