56 Corvette LS7 LHT Custom headers...

Here's some picutures of some custom headers we're building for this Corvette.
It uses 1 3/4" runners to a Merge collector, then runs into a X pipe.

Here's how this sounds without mufflers. The rear frame will be modified then LHT will build the back section.

Updates on the Exhaust ,

The header were re installed after polishing , they look very nice polished.








The next section merges down from 3" to 2.5" as by this point the gasses have cooled enough to reduce the diameter of the piping to help quieten down. The pipes then go into 2 magnaflow muffers.





This will be removed again for the polishing


This was built to the customers specs.
