lht intercooler/throttle cable question
New to the site, figured I could get a quick response. I am unsure of how the throttle cable should be hooked up. Car is a 91 civic, type r engine, lht intercooler. Current throttle cable is a 90-93 integra cable. My manifold doesnt have the throttle cable bracket that I have seen on other manifolds. I bought it about a year ago i think. how should I go about hooking it up.

You will need to use a GSR throttle body with the bracket and a GSR throttle cable.

do you think I could fit the gsr throttle cable bracket onto the type R throttle body?

nevermind, found a pic of a gsr throttle body. I see why it wont work

You could always build a bracket to come off two of the bolts that hold the htrottle body on.
