D16z6 rebuild
hi john,
I had my turbo kit and exhaust put on by you guys in january, on saturday i was driving home (50mph) and heard a pop with a little bit of smoke car, shut off and wouldn't start back up. Could be head gasket, more likely i think timing belt popped. don't know what damage i caused, probably bent valves. Was wondering how much you would charge to rebuild the engine (d16z6). I have the garrett t3/t4 now @ 5psi, but want to go to about 15. lookin to get eagle rods and vitara low comp pistons in a week..

We only build motors with either OEM parts, or forged rods and pistons. We would have to tear it down to see what happened before we could re build. Call us at 727 344 1800
